Our Management Solutions provide varied levels of proactive IT management to either support your existing IT support staff or provide complete IT Management Solution services for your small business. We’ve packaged our most common ‘service sets’ below. For a fixed monthly fee, our Management Solutions service sets include consultation time to review and discuss past network performance and proactive recommendations to assure the future health of your network.

We offer each service set for a fixed monthly fee. Solutions can be tailored to meet the individual needs of your business.

iTeam Alert - Remote Monitoring and Alerting
If your current IT support team can handle the daily workload, but you want to extend ‘IT Awareness’ beyond regular business hours, then iTeam Alert is a great place to start. Our second set of eyes can also expedite problem notification during standard business hours.

iTeam Alert is a monitoring solution for part, or all, of your IT infrastructure. When IT events exceed defined limits, the iTeam immediately presents it to the client for resolution by your IT Staff or a MicroMenders iTeam Response staff member.
iTeam Protect - Remote IT Management and Problem Resolution
If you are looking for a solid IT Management solution, at a cost below typical on-site solutions, then iTeam Protect is an effective cost-conscious fit for many small businesses.

iTeam Protect includes all the benefits of iTeam Alert, while incorporating the management of the IT environment to minimize undesired IT events. The iTeam Protect service level places the responsibility to respond and resolve IT issues in the hands of the iTeam.

IT events exceeding defined support limits are resolved by iTeam Response Staff – remotely when possible, but on-site when required. In addition, client employees are provided with Help Desk support.
iTeam Complete - Remote IT Management, Augmented by iTeam On-Site Personnel
When you need proactive IT Management as well as immediate, personal attention for your users, iTeam Complete provides the efficiencies of remote management, with the on-site presence your users want (and need).

iTeam Complete includes all the benefits of iTeam Protect, with the addition of an on-site iTeam staff member presence to facilitate day-day operational support. iTeam Complete offers the advantage of remote management technologies, while providing more ‘tailored’ support through on-site iTeam personnel. Your on-site iTeam staff member can be on-site as little as twice a week for four-hour time blocks or provide you with an 8 hour x 5 day on-site presence.
iTeam Assist - Remote Staff Augmentation
