iTeam Alert is a monitoring solution for part, or all, of

the iTeam immediately presents it to the client for resolution
by your IT Staff or a MicroMenders iTeam Response staff member.
iTeam Protect - Remote IT Management and Problem

iTeam Protect is an effective cost-conscious fit for many

iTeam Protect includes all the benefits of iTeam
Alert, while incorporating the management of
the IT environment to minimize undesired IT events. The iTeam
Protect service level places the responsibility to respond
and resolve IT issues in the hands of the iTeam.
IT events exceeding defined support limits are resolved by
iTeam Response Staff – remotely when possible, but on-site
when required. In addition, client employees are provided
with Help Desk support.
iTeam Complete - Remote IT Management, Augmented
by iTeam On-Site Personnel
When you need proactive IT Management as
well as immediate, personal attention for your users, iTeam
Complete provides the efficiencies of remote management, with
the on-site presence your users want (and need).
iTeam Complete includes all the benefits of iTeam
Protect, with the addition of an on-site iTeam
staff member presence to facilitate day-day operational support.

while providing more ‘tailored’ support through
on-site iTeam personnel. Your on-site iTeam staff member can
be on-site as little as twice a week for four-hour time blocks
or provide you with an 8 hour x 5 day on-site presence.
